The Cheese Room boasts more than 30 varieties of cheese and one of the largest possible selections of cured meat. Kudadoo Maldives Private Island by Hurawalhi has a weekly delivery of a selection of cheeses from one of the most famous cheesemongers in France, Mons. World-renowned cheese is complemented by whole Pata Negra ham from Spain, sliced a la minute for each guest. Even the balsamic vinegar is special, aged in the barrel and created by continuinung the ageing process in consecutively smaller barrels until reaching its perfect maturity at around 25 years.
