There is nothing that says ‘luxury holiday’ more than having an ocean of culinary delights to wallow in at one’s disposal. The better the food, the more memorable the entire experience becomes, and rare are high-end resorts and private islands that reach the heights that Kudadoo has taken dining to. Inspired by your imagination, cooked to perfection by a private chef and enjoyed at a venue of your choice, gastronomic indulgences at Kudadoo are as unique as you are.
Sparking your culinary curiosity and enhancing the moments you spend with your loved ones over superb food are enticing treats you can revel in. While the options are limited by your imagination and availability of certain produce, these are some of the currently trending meal choices of Kudadoo’s residents:
Floating breakfast in your private pool
Have an indulgent morning with your darling in your private 44m2 infinity pool. Bask in the morning sun and enjoy a lavish spread of your favorite breakfast foods (eggs Benedict come in a whopping 7 variations because why not!). Fit for royalty and indispensable for your Instagram!
Cheese and Charcuterie from the Cheese Cellar
The midday heat calls for light eats, making the glorious cheese cellar at The Retreat perfect for the occasion. Artisan cheese and cold cuts platters or waistline-friendly gourmet sandwiches to be had in your residence or in the shade at The Retreat are some of the healthy options to beat the hunger during the day’s hottest hours.
Chef’s Gourmet Dinner and Culinary Journey evenings
Taking place three times a week, Chef’s Gourmet Dinners comprise dishes prepared based on the chef’s current culinary inspiration and availability of produce. A recent menu impressed with a miso-glazed grilled octopus; seared seabass with peas and parsley puree, orange-braised fennel, leek fondue, star anise and clementine gel and herb Hollandaise; braised beef cheeks; chocolate lava cake with raspberry sorbet. As outstanding as the Culinary Journeys concept that, on four nights a week, showcases Spanish and Italian favourites, Yakitori (Japanese barbecue) and, representing family and friends like to other culinary tradition, Sunday roast.
