Chef Edouard Deplus has been the driving force behind the evolution of Kudadoo’s unique culinary experiences. Having trained at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, Edouard started his professional career in Paris, where he worked under some of the country’s top chefs, before he set off on a culinary adventure that would see him travel the world, exploring cultures and cuisines, before settling at Kudadoo Maldives Private Island. Working with residents, he has developed menus and dining experiences that are as memorable and unique as the destination.
The culinary journey at Kudadoo would not be complete without a visit to the Wine and Cheese Cellar. The owner’s luxurious wine collection boasts an exquisite collection of 70 labels including some of the finest wines in the world for that special treat, while the luxury inclusive cellar offers 80 labels including a collection of champagnes, all with a Wine Spectator Award of 88 or more, ensure pairing to perfection whatever the occasion.
