Inspired by the flavours of Asia, with a traditional Maldivian twist that incorporates seafood delicacies, Kudadoo’s Culinary Journeys also show an element of French flair brought by our Executive Chef.

Chef Edouard Deplus has been the driving force behind the evolution of Kudadoo’s unique culinary experiences. Working with residents, he has developed menus and dining experiences that are as memorable and unique as the destination.
